She spent most of her young adulthood as a caregiver. She started to explore in depth natural health, emotions and spiritual healing as a way to heal and create harmony within the body, mind and soul.

From then on, she learned the power of connecting to her inner Divine light. “All darkness vanished, when I saw the Lamp within my heart” Kabir. The light within us all which gave her the courage and strength to endure the obstacles that came on her path. So many challenges kept coming on her path and with faith, courage and strength she never gave up.

Sharan is grateful for all the unhealthy soul connections on her journey because they taught her to connect to the Divine Source within her and set health boundaries. Her near-death experience and autoimmune became her greatest lessons to learn to just be in this moment, patience and to fall in love with herself (self-love). There has been so many more painful events in her life that became extraordinary lessons for her soul to learn, grow and evolve.
The Atma is a Sanskrit word which is your Divine Soul/Light within you. The name InnerAtma came to Sharan when she was in the hospital fighting for her life-on-life support machines. The doctors informed her dad that medically she will not make it. With the Grace of God, a miracle happened and she started to breathe again. Three months before her near death experience, her beloved Mother transitioned away. As we all experienced with the pandemic that life is so precious and go create memories that you will cherish forever in your sacred heart.
She understands the grief of a widower as she supported her dad. She recognizes that grief comes: with loss of a child or the struggle to conceive, transition of loved ones and pets, dealing with illnesses for example, cancer/mental health/addictions, end of relationships, survivor of crime, abuse and so many other life events. As beloved Rumi said so beautifully,” Grief can be the garden of compassion. If you keep your heart open through everything, your pain can become your greatest ally in your life’s search for love and wisdom.” We have a choice to allow the pain to become our identity or transmute the pain into light of strength and inspiration.
The healing journey is not linear and requires commitment and courage to show up each day for yourself. There are no short-cuts on this path and one must go through the pain and transmute that to Divine Light.
The first step to healing is acknowledging and releasing the heaviness from your heart. When you are able to share your vulnerabilities in a safe space you release the hurt and shame. Healing starts with acceptance and reprogramming your subconscious mind. “Conquer your mind and conquer the world” Siri Guru Nanak Dev Ji. Always remember precious, the Healer is within you always. Sharan will provide a confidential and sacred space with honesty, compassion and empathy.
